- Glass Type: tall glass

- * 1 1/2 oz DonQ Cristal
- * 1 oz blackberry infused simple syrup (see recipe below)
- * 1 1/2 oz of lime juice
- * 5 crushed mint leaves
- * Crush mint leaves with simple syrup. Add rum and lime juice, shake well. Pour over ice in a tall glass, add a splash of club soda, and garnish with a blackberry and mint.
- Blackberry Infused Simple Syrup

- * 2 cups sugar
- * 1 cup water
- * 8 to 10 fresh blackberries
- * Bring water to a boil, add sugar, stir until dissolved. Add blackberries and boil, stirring occasional until syrup consistency is reached. Smash blackberries and drain to avoid seeds.
